When I was 16, I sat down for a simple New Year’s Eve meditation — and it completely changed the direction of my life. That single moment awakened something deep within me. My shadow work journey began, and from that point forward, I could no longer see life the same way.

I started exploring the depths of spirituality, consciousness, and the power of the mind. I created my first YouTube channel, Treystarz, where I shared my discoveries and experiences. At first, I believed I was meant to become a spiritual coach, but over time, I felt a stronger calling — to speak about breaking the mental barriers that hold people back from expressing who they truly are.

As my understanding deepened, so did my mission. On January 22, 2024, I joined Enagic — and that moment marked the evolution of my purpose. It became clear that my work wasn’t just about self-discovery; it was about empowering men to rise into their full potential — mentally, spiritually, and financially.

Today, my mission is to help men release the limitations that society, friends, and even family have placed upon them — and to become free. Because freedom is not just physical; it’s a state of mind.

We, as men, carry the power to build, uplift, and bring heaven on earth. My purpose is to help awaken that power within you — so that you can live your truth, support those you love, and create a life that reflects your highest potential.
